If the purchase order is received by 1:00 p.m., the spare parts that are in stock will be delivered by noon the following day. The standard option without mydocking SELECT means that you must order by 11:00 a.m. to receive the delivery (without a specified time) at least the next day.
Specified dock levellers and dock shelters are ready for dispatch from the production site within 10 working days. This is a clear improvement over the standard delivery period of 6 to 8 weeks. Warehouse stock can even be called off immediately and delivery in Germany can take place within a week
Spare parts that are in stock are transported free of charge for the booked period.
