In addition to original spare parts, my docking provides a variety of replacement solutions. Instead of replacing a defective circuit board or using an out-of-date original control unit, mydocking offers replacement solutions in the form of unique universal control units for a lot of different brand manufacturers. The latest standards are naturally just as integral to these solutions as optimised efficient operating concepts and patented energy saving functions. The control units are always in stock and can therefore be delivered in Germany within one working day – another argument in favour of this solution.

In spite of a steel structure that is still flawless, many dock levellers have to be replaced as there are no longer any spare parts available for the control technology. mydocking has created complete replacement kits that consist of all the important control unit components, including accessories and installation instructions. From a certain age, a defect in the hydraulic system or the control unit may make the replacement of all the drive technology necessary. Possible follow-up repairs and/or additional downtime will be avoided. The latest technologies at low costs pay off very quickly.

Hydraulic hoses are supposed to be replaced after a maximum of 6 years of use. Hydraulic oil even has to be replaced every 2 years. mydocking delivers maintenance kits with or without oil, which even contain empty containers for the waste oil to make your work easier. Fast and clean. With the replacement solutions, we can respond flexibly to problems at the loading dock.
