My neighbours often complain about noise during the loading process. What can I do?
With our NC Silence Plus coating noise during the loading process can be reduced by 85%. The coating can be installed on existing dock levellers or it can be chosen as an option when ordering a new dock leveller.

How can I protect my building from damages caused by the approaching truck?
In order to optimally protect your building and your truck from damage, you should install approach buffers on each side of your dock leveller. We offer you the right buffers for every need – from particularly inexpensive to suitable for high loading frequencies. You can find more information about our buffer systems here.

Why are some of the approach buffers yellow?
Our yellow approach buffers consist of a high-stability plastic called Nytrex. It is not only extremely durable, but can also be seen very well by truck drivers.

Can your products be used instead of the original parts from other manufacturers?
Yes, we guarantee the compatibility of our spare parts with the original parts of other manufacturers, such as Novoferm, Crawford-hafa, Caema rite hite, Promstahl or Van Wijk Nederland. You can find more information here.

How fast do you deliver spare parts?
When you order until 11:00 am, we deliver spare parts in stock within Germany the following working day by noon.

Do you also sell spare parts for doors?
Yes, we also have spare parts for doors. You can order them in our online-shop at myDoor_technology.

How can I order online and where do I find the online-shop?
You can find our online-shop here. In order to use the shop, please register first. As soon as your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Now, you can order online. We provide English, German and French data sheets on our website (please adjust the language in the top right corner). Additionally, some product information is available in other languages. Why should I perform maintenance on my dock levellers?
National and international regulations make maintenance of your dock levellers mandatory. In addition, the service life of your dock leveller increases through maintenance and you prevent downtimes at your loading point.

How often should I change the oil of the hydraulic unit?
To ensure that your dock leveller works properly, you should change the oil every two years.

Can I return wasteoil to mydocking?
Yes, we are happy to take back your waste oil and take care of its professional disposal. As a seller of oil, we are legally obliged to do so. To make it particularly easy, our maintenance kits contain empty containers for waste oil.

How long can hydraulic hose lines be used?
Hose lines should not be used for more than six years.
