Almost a month has passed already since we held our R&D meeting, at which our German, Polish and Romanian colleagues from technology, quality assurance and our spare parts warehouse got together and discussed intensively.
The central question of their discussion was how can we develop our company, our team and our products.Offering our customers added value is our top priority. That is why we encourage an active exchange between all colleagues in order to jointly finding and designing optimal solutions for our customers. In order to always be able to offer the best service and the best products, it is of central importance that we work together on our product development.
But not only hard work was done, there was also some time for fun. In the afternoon of the first day there was a practical task for the participants in the best weather, which were divided into two teams. The colleagues were given the challenge of building a bridge from different wooden blocks which was a complete success! Afterwards, the participants had dinner together. The following day our colleagues worked intensively on questions of development before everyone returned home.
