Our employees in Hanover started the new year with a special task: Due to urgent delivery times, the NC Silence Plus coating had to be mounted on some dock levellers in our warehouse in Hanover and not directly in the production facility as is usually the case. But even this is no problem for us. Thanks to the personal commitment of our motivated employees and our flexibility, we quickly converted our warehouse into an assembly hall and our NC Silence Plus coating was mounted on four of our P1530 StepDock dock levellers and the associated 45° steel platforms.
For this purpose, our employees cut our NC Silence Plus coating with its special surface to size for the dock levellers and then screwed it onto them.
The NC Silence Plus coating is the coating for noise-free loading; the special surface has been proven to reduce noise by up to 85% (25 dB). At the same time, the NC Silence Plus coating significantly minimises the risk of slipping (slip resistance class R12). We offer the NC Silence coating for new dock levellers as an optional extra ex works, as well as a retrofit kit for your existing dock levellers.
